I currently offer handbuilding clay workshops and other clay-based experiences. I’m happy to shape a workshop around the people, place, and project.

Wheel-throwing lessons are something I’d love to offer in the future, but for now, my teaching is focused on handbuilding.

I’ve worked with kids, youth, adults, community groups, and people completely new to clay. I especially delight in crafting workshops that leave room for experimentation and play. I also have experience adapting workshops to meet different abilities, needs, and ways of engaging with clay.

I’m mobile and happy to come to you! Depending on the workshop, I can travel within a reasonable distance of Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, and the Greater Toronto Area. I’ve taught in pottery studios, community spaces, breweries, homes, backyards, and other event spaces. I’m happy to work with you to find a location that makes sense for your crew and what you’d like to make.
